Case Study
Geoff has been working with a large organisation to develop and implement a workforce capability strategy. Using futures thinking, evidence based dialogues and methods that have engaged multiple levels of staff, 4 strategies were identifed and 13 projects agreed.
The projects have a mid term focus aimed at building people and systems capability. They include, recruitment, retention, training, professional and executive development, engagement with tertairy education to influence qualifications and workplace culture and engagement.
