1. They are often little more than wish lists - "if only we could statements"
2. They lack rigourous research or engagement with stakeholders
3. The actions are not always aligned to the long term vision
4. The key performance indicators are more operational than directional
5. The disciplines of implementation are missing

We use innovative futures thinking and strategic planning tools. Using research informed scenarios we will take you out 20 years to envision the future you would want to create. Having done this we will work with you to identify the key shifts you will need to make. The third stage will be to identify the strategic actions that will get you there. We will then identify the indicators that you will use to measure how you are going in creating the future you desire. The final task will be to develop an implementation plan and wrap around it a sound business process.
